Ingredients for Mangalore Bajji Recipe

  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Sour curd
  • 1 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 2 tablespoon Green chillies
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • As required A few Coriander for seasoning
  • 6 No.s Curry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cooking soda

Directions: Mangalore Bajji Recipe

  • STEP 1.2. Add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, coriander and cumin, all finely chopped. And add a tablspn of soda and mix.

  • STEP 2.1. Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add salt and sugar and a pinch of asafoetida, mix well. Then add a tablespoon of rice flour, prepare a paste using water.

  • STEP 3.3. Take a deep frying pan, add the mixture in it and cook. Until its golden brown. Fry as many as desired.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Serve with coconut chutney.
