Tasty and quick mangalori bajji recipe. Prepared from combination of all purpose flour, rice flour, green chillies, ginger curry leaves and seasoning ingredeients. Deep fried and served with chutney.
STEP 1.2. Add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, coriander and cumin, all finely chopped. And add a tablspn of soda and mix.

STEP 2.1. Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add salt and sugar and a pinch of asafoetida, mix well. Then add a tablespoon of rice flour, prepare a paste using water.

STEP 3.3. Take a deep frying pan, add the mixture in it and cook. Until its golden brown. Fry as many as desired.

STEP 4.Serve with coconut chutney.
