- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Sour curd
- 1 tablespoon Rice flour
- 2 tablespoon Green chillies
- 1 piece Ginger
- As required A few Coriander for seasoning
- 6 No.s Curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 pinch Asafoetida
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/4 tablespoon Cooking soda

How to Make Mangalore Bajji Recipe
STEP 01
2. Add curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, coriander and cumin, all finely chopped. And add a tablspn of soda and mix.
STEP 02
1. Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add salt and sugar and a pinch of asafoetida, mix well. Then add a tablespoon of rice flour, prepare a paste using water.
STEP 03
3. Take a deep frying pan, add the mixture in it and cook. Until its golden brown. Fry as many as desired.
STEP 04
Serve with coconut chutney.
