Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, marinate the mutton with a mixture of spices such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and cinnamon.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pot and add chopped onions. Cook until they become golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton to the pot and cook until it is browned on all sides.
