  • 1 cup coconut milk

How to Make Mandazi Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Take a bowl,add lukewarm water and yeast to it and add some sugar,cracked eggs, milk, flour, cinnamon, cardamom and salt.

STEP 01

Knead all the ingredients and make a dough of it and place the dough on a work surface and flatten it until 1/4 inch thick.

STEP 01

Now cut the flatten dough into squares and then cut the squares into triangles and let the cut pieces rest for 20 mins.

Add enough oil in a pan & heat it. Now add the doughnuts into the pan and fry until brown
