  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • as required Oil
  • 1 g For gravy
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1.50 pieces Clove garlic
  • 1/2 pieces chilli
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1/4 pieces Onion
  • 1/4 pieces Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 0.63 cup water
  • as required For Slurry
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 0.13 cup water
  • 1/2 pieces Carrot
  • 2.50 tbsp Cabbage
  • 2.50 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1/4 pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp maida
  • 1 tbsp Cornflour
  • as required Oil
  • 1 g For gravy
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1.50 pieces Clove garlic
  • 1/2 pieces chilli
  • 2 tbsp Spring onion
  • 1/4 pieces Onion
  • 1/4 pieces Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 0.63 cup water
  • as required For Slurry
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 0.13 cup water

Directions: Manchurian Balls With Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.A large bowl take 1 carrot, 5 tbsp cabbage, 2 tbsp spring onion, ½ onion and ½ tsp ginger garlic paste.
  • STEP 2.also add 1 tsp chilli sauce, ½ tsp salt.
  • STEP 3.Mix well making sure everything is combined well, further, add 2 tbsp maida, 2 tbsp cornflour and mix well.
  • STEP 4.Form a soft dough adding maida if required. Now prepare a small ball sized balls.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.
  • STEP 6.Stir occasionally, until the balls turn golden brown. Drain off the manchurian balls and keep aside.
  • STEP 7.now in a large wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and saute 1 inch ginger, 3 clove garlic, 1 chilli and 2 tbsp spring onion.
  • STEP 8.Add ½ onion and stir fry on high flame.
  • STEP 9.Further, add ½ capsicum and stir fry until it shrinks slightly.
  • STEP 10.Add 2 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, ½ tsp pepper powder and ¼ tsp salt.
  • STEP 11.Stir fry making sure all the sauces are well combined.
  • STEP 12.Add in 1¼ cup water and boil on medium flame.
  • STEP 13.In a small bowl take 2 tsp cornflour and ¼ cup water.
  • STEP 14.Mix well forming a lump-free slurry.
  • STEP 15.pour in cornflour slurry and mix well.
  • STEP 16.Continue to boil until the gravy thickens and turns glossy.
  • STEP 17.add in prepared veg manchurian balls, 2 tbsp spring onion and mix well.
  • STEP 18.Finally, serve veg manchurian gravy with fried rice.
