Ingredients for Manchurian Recipe

  • 1 Cup Carrot
  • 1 Cups Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp inger garlic paste
  • 2 Tbsp Cornflour
  • As Required Oil
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 2 Tbsp tomato catch-up
  • 2 Tbsp Soya sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chilli sauce

Directions: Manchurian Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take large bowl add grated carrots caabage ginger garlic paste paper powder chilli sauce soya sauce salt all-purpose flour cornflour
  • STEP 2.Mix throughly without squzzzing water from ingredents If mixture is wet add some all-purpose flour and cornflour in it mix. Make small balls using mixture
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in pan / kadai add chopped onions chopped garlic chhoped ginger fry until raw smell disaapered add tomato ketch up chilli sauce soya sauce cornflour mixture vinegar mix well
  • STEP 4.Add fried manchurians balls mix well sprinkle some chopped spring onions
  • STEP 5.Serve hot
  • STEP 6.Thank you
