  • 1.67 cups Murmura/puffed rice
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion chopped
  • As Required as needed
  • 0.67 tsp Lemon juice
  • As Required as per taste
  • 0.33 tbsp Peanuts
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Mamra Ka Nashta Recipe

  • STEP 1.soak murmura. in a large bowl of water. Then squeeze out &take out in an another bowl and keep aside...
  • STEP 2.Heat up a kadai ot pan, add oil heat up, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds wait till it splutters, now add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves.. saute it till onions are translucent...add turmeric powder
  • STEP 3.Now add washed murmura add salt according to taste because puffed rice already has salt in it....mix ..lastly add lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves & serve hot...
