  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the ripe mangoes into small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Grind together grated coconut, cumin seeds, and green chilies to make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and dried red chilies. Let them splutter.
  • STEP 4.Add the chopped mangoes to the pan and cook until they become soft.
  • STEP 5.Add the coconut paste to the pan and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 6.In a separate bowl, whisk yogurt with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 7.Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and stir well. Cook for a few more minutes.
