  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • as needed Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fenugreek seeds.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  • STEP 5.Add coconut milk and tamarind pulp. Bring to a boil.
  • STEP 6.Add the marinated fish and simmer until cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or Indian breads.
