  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 g Tin milkmaid
  • 1/2 tbsp ½ tbsp
  • 1/4 cup Saffron milk
  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 g ½ cup
  • 1/2 cup ¼ cup
  • 1/2 tbsp ½ tbsp
  • 3 tbsp Saffron milk
  • 1/2 cup ½ cup
  • 0.13 tbsp Baking powder

How to Make Malpoua Kesari Rabdi Buche De Noel Recipe

STEP 01

♦️Kesari Rabdi ♦️

STEP 02

In a  nonstick pan heat  milk.

STEP 03

stir occasionally and get to a boil in slow

STEP 04

flame . and when  a layer of cream  stick it to sides of vessel.

STEP 05

Add milkmaid ,cardamom powder and saffron milk. Turn off the collected cream from sides .  Add in  a bowl and set to room temperature.

STEP 06

Now take some Rabdi make a soft cream with blender.

♦️Malpua Cake ♦️

STEP 08

In a large mixing bowl take maida, suji and sugar, fennel powder , saffron milk , milkmaid and bakingpowder. Mix well make the batter.  Whisk  batter for atleast 5 minutes.

STEP 09

Now grease a nonstick pan.  Pour the butter in it . Slow the flame for 5 minutes with cover. When it perfectly cook turn of the gas .

♦️Dry Apple Chips ♦️

STEP 11

Take some thin slice of apples . Now in a pan put them in slow flame . After 5 to 6 minutes add little sugar . When apple pieces little caramelized turn off the gas.

STEP 12

Now take out Malpoua cake in a pan . Cut off all the edges . Make a square shape . Now pour some Rabdi in it . Take a transparent foil now slowly roll it up . Rest it for 30 minutes.

STEP 13

Now take out the foil on it . Now make a layer with creamy rabdi . Place the apple chips over it .

STEP 14

Your  log shape Malpoua Rabdi Buche De Noel Ready .
