  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the fish with turmeric, red chili powder, and lemon juice for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated fish until golden brown. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.In the same pan, add sliced onions, ginger, and garlic. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Pour in the coconut milk and bring it to a simmer. Add salt to taste.
  • STEP 6.Add the fried fish pieces and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or appam.
