Ingredients for Malai paneer curry Recipe

  • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1/4 Inch small stick cinnamon
  • 1/2 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/4 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 3/4 tbsp Fresh malai
  • 0.06 cup Milk
  • 0.06 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi
  • 62.50 g Paneer
  • 1/2 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion
  • 3/4 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tbsp Fresh milk cream

Directions: Malai Paneer Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, heat butter or oil in a pan.Add in the capsicum and paneer to it and saute for 2 min on medium high flame.
  • STEP 2.Now add chopped onion and saute for 1 minute. Or till it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Switch off the flame and bring this out in a plate.Now heat the remaining butter or oil in the same pan on low medium flame. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon, bay leaf, cloves, cardamom and green chillies. Saute for few seconds. Make a tomato puree Now add grated ginger along with tomato puree.Saute on low to medium flame till it starts leave the oil.Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. Mix and cook for a minute. Now switch off the flame and add malai and milk. Mix it well. Add coriander leaves fresh milk cream and ready ur curry. Serve with rice and paratha.
