How to Make Malai Ghewar Recipe

Boil to make a sugar syrup, add cardamom powder, Cook it until it thickens. In a bowl add ghee, ice cubes and whisk it. Now add refined flour, chilled water and leon juice.

STEP 01

Add milk in a pan and boil it. Stir it until it seems a little thick. Now add 4 tbsp sugar. Add oil in a patila and vapour appears. Now add flour, Cook the ghewar well. Dip the ghevar in sugar syrup and top it with rabdi.
