A very delicious dessert prepared from ghee, refined flour and rabdi. Malai Ghevar, also called Rabdi ghewar, is a Rajasthani delicacy made during the Hindu month of Shravan. It is very popular sweet during festivals like Teej and Rakshabandhan. This Indian Mithai is love. When you take a bite of this rich, exotic, and lip-smacking dessert, you feel the joyride of a wonderland. It turned out so lip-smacking and looked utterly gorgeous as well.

Ingredients for Malai Ghewar Recipe

  • As required Sugar
  • As required Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • 1.50 Fat milk lt
  • 1/2 cup Desi ghee
  • 7-8 No.s Ice cubes
  • 2 cup Refined flour
  • 1.50 Chilled water lt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil to make a sugar syrup, add cardamom powder, Cook it until it thickens. In a bowl add ghee, ice cubes and whisk it. Now add refined flour, chilled water and leon juice.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Add milk in a pan and boil it. Stir it until it seems a little thick. Now add 4 tbsp sugar. Add oil in a patila and vapour appears. Now add flour, Cook the ghewar well. Dip the ghevar in sugar syrup and top it with rabdi.
