STEP 1.1_ To make Makuti, soak the lentils and rice for 2 hours and boil the milk.
STEP 2.2 _ Keep all the things together, put the soaked rice and lentils in the cooker, add 1 glass of water and give 2 whistles, the lentils and rice should be slightly coarse.
STEP 3.3_ Put milk in a pan and cook till it thickens, when it thickens, add mashed pulses and rice and cook on a low flame and add coconut powder and keep stirring, then add mashed mawa, saffron threads and cardamom powder to it and mix. Take
STEP 4.4 _ I didn't have Mawa, so I cooked it with more than half a liter of milk.
STEP 5.When it cools down, add sugar and take it out in a bowl.
STEP 6.5 _ Makuti is ready, keep it in the fridge and serve it cold, it will taste very tasty and garnish with dry fruits on top.
