Directions: Makke Ki Roti Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all, we will turn on the gas and keep the griddle for heating. Now put the flour in a big utensil and knead the dough by adding water little by little.
  • STEP 2.We will knead the dough by pressing the dough with our palm. When the dough is kneaded, we will smoothen the dough and apply little water in both the hands and roll it by hand.
  • STEP 3.Now the griddle is hot, we will place the roti on the griddle and will be able to. Will shake well from both the sides. It should not remain raw.
  • STEP 4.Now our maize roti is ready. We will serve it after applying ghee or butter. We can eat maize roti with mustard greens, chutney and lentils.
