  • 1 cup Tomato Puree

  • STEP 1.Heat butter in a pan and add finely chopped onions. Cook until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • STEP 4.Add cream and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Makhani sauce is now ready to be used in various dishes like butter chicken or paneer makhani.
