  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2.50 Pieces Few curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoons Peanut

Directions: Makhana Peanut Chivda Recipe

  • STEP 1.In pan dry roast makhana in low flame for 2 minutes..
  • STEP 2.Transfer makhana in bowl.
  • STEP 3.In same pan add ghee .
  • STEP 4.Roast peanut in ghee on low to medium flame.
  • STEP 5.Add curry leaves and turmeric powder in it. Mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add makhana and salt mix well..
  • STEP 7.Roast makhana on low flame for 4 minutes .
  • STEP 8.Makhana peanut chivda ready to serve.
