Ingredients for Majarete Recipe

  • 3 cup Fresh Corn
  • 340 gram Evaporated milk
  • 382 gram Coconut milk
  • 340 Condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Corn Starch
  • 1 pinch Salt

Directions: Majarete Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. in a food processor add corn, milk and coconut.

step 2

  • STEP 1. blend them together to make a puree

step 3

  • STEP 1.pass the mixture through a strainer.

step 4

  • STEP 1. add this mix to a pan and combine it with condensed milk, butter, salt, spices and corn starch.

step 5

  • STEP 1. cook this for 5-10 minutes on medium to high flame and your majarete is ready to be served.
