Majarete is a traditional Venezuelan dessert made with corn and coconut milk. This delicious concoction has a creamy consistency and resembles corn pudding.
STEP 1. in a food processor add corn, milk and coconut.

STEP 1.pass the mixture through a strainer.

STEP 1. add this mix to a pan and combine it with condensed milk, butter, salt, spices and corn starch.

STEP 1. cook this for 5-10 minutes on medium to high flame and your majarete is ready to be served.
