Ingredients for Mahi Nurani Recipe

  • 125 gm Boneless bhetki fish
  • A Bunch Pudina leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp walnut powder
  • 1 Pieces dates (chopped)
  • 1/4 tbsp green chilli paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Poppy Seeds Paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Egg
  • 1/4 tbsp Roasted Chana Besan
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg Javitri Powder

Directions: Mahi Nurani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Steam the fish, and mix it with pudina leaves(chopped), walnut powder, chopped dates, ginger garlic paste, green Chilli paste, poppy seeds paste, red chilli powder, roasted chana besan, nutmeg javitri powder, egg and salt to taste; then give the mixture the shape of a tikki
  • STEP 2.Heat some ghee in a nonstick skillet and shallow fry the tikkis
  • STEP 3.Now, serve hot with boiled egg slices, sprinkle some chaat masala on, and enjoy Mahi Nurani!
