Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, and bay leaves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add onions and saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 4.Add tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and oil separates.
  • STEP 5.Add the chicken pieces, salt, and water. Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
