Ingredients for Maggie Paratha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup Maida
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 tablespoons Curd
  • 0.06 teaspoon Th teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1/4 tablespoon Of ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tablespoons peas finely grinded in mixy
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1/4 packet Maggi noodles

Directions: Maggie Paratha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix the ingredients mentioned for the dough and knead it water. for Prep
  • STEP 2.Keep the dough aside for 15 mins covered with wet cotton cloth
  • STEP 3.In a separate pot. Boil one and half cup of water and add 1 packet of Maggi noodles along with half packet of Maggie masala.
  • STEP 4.Now in a pan under medium heat, add 1 teaspoon of ghee and add 2 tablespoon of finely chopped onions. Saute them until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Then add 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and stir it.
  • STEP 6.Now add finely grated peas and stir it.
  • STEP 7.Add salt, red chilli powder, grounded black pepper, and the boiled Maggie noodles that we prepared in step 1. Mix it well.
  • STEP 8.Turn off the gas and let this filling cool down.
  • STEP 9.Making of paratha.
