STEP 1.Use the correct quantity of water. If your pack says 230ml, use 200–230ml only. This will ensure that your noodles don't go mushy by the time your water nearly evaporate off.
STEP 2.Cook on low-to-medium flame. Turn off the flame BEFORE the water dries off completely and let it stay like that for a couple of minutes. This ensures that only the acceptable amount of water is lost naturally.
STEP 3.You can cover the vessel during the last step if you want.
