Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, cook Maggi noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Set aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add vegetables, Maggi masala, and cooked Maggi noodles. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour and water to make a smooth dough.
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into thin circles.
