  • 1/4 Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger, Grated

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cook the Maggi noodles according to the package instructions and drain the water.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add the Maggi masala and cooked noodles to the pan. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, and water to make a smooth dough.
  • STEP 5.Take a small portion of the dough and flatten it. Place a spoonful of the Maggi mixture and a cube of cheese in the center.
  • STEP 6.Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges. Repeat for the remaining dough and filling.
  • STEP 7.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the Maggi bombs into the oil and fry until golden and crispy.
