Wheat flour is rich in Fiber, Vitamins and Proteins and is recommended than its peers. While adding Sugar to this Laddu may bring down the health quotient a bit, this delicacy definitely becomes everyone’s favourite after the very first bite.

Ingredients for Magaj Ladoo Recipe

  • 1/2 cups whole wheat flour sieved
  • 1/4 cup Desi Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 Tsp crushed black pepper

Directions: Magaj Ladoo Recipe

  • STEP 1.Before start cooking sieve all flour collect and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat a kadai on low flame.
  • STEP 3.Add wheat flour and roast on low flame till aroma gets released from wheat flour now add ghee fry little by little at a time as the wheat flour should not be too sticky nor too dry.
  • STEP 4.Fry till it's colour turns creamy or off white. Traditionally it's off white in colour.
  • STEP 5.Now remove the kadhai from gas, switch off the gas.
  • STEP 6.Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix well as soon as possible.
  • STEP 7.Immediately start making small ladoos using both hands. These ladoos are always not perfect in shape because these are so soft in texture and when you eat it's mouth melting.
