Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the mutton pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves. Saute until the seeds crackle.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown. Then, add the marinated mutton pieces and cook until they are tender.
  • STEP 4.Add the spice powders - coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and black pepper powder. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
