  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute. Then, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and fenugreek seeds. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Add tamarind pulp, coconut milk, and salt. Stir and let it simmer for a few minutes.
