Ingredients for Maddur vade Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 0.13 cup fine soji
  • 0.13 cup maida
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 tsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Curry leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Green chillies chopped
  • A Pinch hing little
  • as required Salt
  • as required Cooking oil

Directions: Maddur Vade Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add a tbsp of hot oil and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Make a stiff dough by adding water little by little.
  • STEP 4.Take a portion of the dough and press it on butter sheet/ plastic sheet to a puri size.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry in hot oil.
