Ingredients for Luchi Recipe

  • 1/5 cup All purpose flour
  • 0.40 tsp Oil
  • 1/10 tsp Salt
  • As required Oil for deep frying
  • As required needed water

Directions: Luchi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak a large mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix well, and soft dough is needed water.
  • STEP 2.Take small small size balls from dough and make round flat puris with help of board and rolling pin.
  • STEP 3.Now deep fry in heated oil one by one, each Puri will puff up, flip the other side and fry well.
  • STEP 4.Luchi is ready.
