  • 1/4 cup Red Lentils
  • 1/2 Bay Leaves
  • 1/2 sprig Fresh Thyme
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery and cook until softened.
  • STEP 2.Add garlic, ham, red lentils, bay leaves, thyme, and chicken broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes or until lentils are tender.
