- 37.50 gram cauliflower florets

- 25 gram green beans
- 1-1.25 green chillies
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped ginger

- 1.25-1.50 tablespoon wholemeal plain flour or plain flour
- 3/4-1 tablespoon corn starch
- As required Salt
- pinch freshly ground black pepper powder
- As required Manchurian sauce
- 1/2 big red onions
- 1-1.25 garlic cloves
- 1/2 fresh root ginger
- 3/4-1 green chillies
- 1.25-1.50 tablespoon white parts of spring onion
- 3/4 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 3/4 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
