  • As required Manchurian sauce
  • 1/2 big red onions
  • 1-1.25 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 fresh root ginger
  • 3/4-1 green chillies
  • 1.25-1.50 tablespoon white parts of spring onion
  • 3/4 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 3/4 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
