- 2 Potato
- 3-4 Onion
- 3 Tomato
- 1 Green chilli
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 7-8 Garlic Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1.50 Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- As required Salt
- 1 Big oil spoon

How to Make Lotus Stem Curry Recipe
STEP 01
Wash and peel lotus stem
STEP 02
Wash and peel potato
STEP 03
Cut lotus stem and potatoes in big pieces
STEP 04
Grind tomato,green chilli,garlic cloves and ginger into paste.
STEP 05
1.add oil in a pressure cooker and heat it.
STEP 06
2.now add chopped onions and saute it at high flame.
STEP 07
3now add cut lotus stem,add some salt and some water.
STEP 08
4.cover it and cook it for 2 whistles.
STEP 09
5.now add tomato paste,some salt and cook for 2-3 mins.
STEP 10
6.then add all the spices and cook it until oil separates or starts floating.
STEP 11
7.add some water as per gravy and cut potatoes and mix well.
STEP 12
8.cover the pressure cooker and cook it for 5-7 mins on low flame.
STEP 13
9.garnish with coriander leaves.
