  • 1 Nos lotus Root
  • 100 pork
  • 1 liter Water
  • 2 Nos squid
  • 4 Nos red dates
  • 100 gram Peanuts

Directions: Lotus Root Soup With Peanuts Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the lotus roots and then cut the skin into slices.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Boil pork in boiling water along with some ginger.

step 3

  • STEP 1.In a pot of water add sliced lotus roots, dried squids, red dates, peanuts and pork.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Bring the ingredients in the pot to boil. Reduce the flame and let it cook for 1 ½ hours to 2 hours.
