  • 1 bag frozen French fries
  • 450 gram filet mignon
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce, divided
  • 1 No.s medium red onion
  • 2 No.s plum tomatoes
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon aji amarillo paste
  • 2 tablespoon canola oil
  • As required Cilantro

  • STEP 1. slice your beef into quarter inch pieces.

  • STEP 1.place it in a glass dish and add soy sauce.

  • STEP 1. in a bowl add vinegar, soy sauce and aji paste

  • STEP 1.heat oil in a pan and cook meat for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 1.add in the french fries and give it a stir.
