STEP 1.If ghiya has seeds...peel and Kadukas the outerpart.
STEP 2.Take wok. Add 2 tsp ghee... Add ghiya and saute for 5 mins... Dn cover the wok with lid... And cook for 15 mins till soft
STEP 3.After 15 mins.. add malai and saute... Grind dates(remove seeds) with lil milk.. you can also add pinch f color (optnl) add this paste in wok.. add half cup of coconut and add 2 chopped dates, almonds (any nuts you want)
STEP 4.Saute till mixture become dry... at End set them in any tray or plate for 1 hr... On top garnish with coconut. Cut pieces and serve.. enjoy
