Ingredients for Loki ki burfi Recipe

  • 0.13 kg Ghiya
  • 0.13 cup Coconut
  • 0.13 cup Dates
  • 0.06 cup Malai
  • 0.13 cup 1 /4 cup
  • As Required as needed Dry fruits

Directions: Loki Ki Burfi Recipe

  • STEP 1.If ghiya has seeds...peel and Kadukas the outerpart.
  • STEP 2.Take wok. Add 2 tsp ghee... Add ghiya and saute for 5 mins... Dn cover the wok with lid... And cook for 15 mins till soft
  • STEP 3.After 15 mins.. add malai and saute... Grind dates(remove seeds) with lil milk.. you can also add pinch f color (optnl) add this paste in wok.. add half cup of coconut and add 2 chopped dates, almonds (any nuts you want)
  • STEP 4.Saute till mixture become dry... at End set them in any tray or plate for 1 hr... On top garnish with coconut. Cut pieces and serve.. enjoy
