  • 1/2 ounce Cream Cheese, Softened

  • 0.13 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 Wonton Wrappers

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, combine lobster, cream cheese, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  • STEP 2.Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper.
  • STEP 3.Brush the edges of the wrapper with water and fold in half to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • STEP 5.Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
