  • 1/4 cup Black Eyed Peas, Soaked Overnight
  • 50 gram Paneer, Cut Into Cubes
  • 1/2 Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Tomatoes, Pureed
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1/2 tablespoon Oil
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnishing

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak the black-eyed peas overnight and pressure cook until tender.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, and onions. Saute until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates.
  • STEP 4.Add the cooked black-eyed peas, paneer cubes, and salt. Simmer for a few minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
