  • 1/2 cup soaked and boiled Lobia/ black eyed beans
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/2 bay leaf / tejpatta
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds / jeera
  • 1/2 small – cinnamon / Dalchini
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 green chilli, slit
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder/ jeera powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder / haldi
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry fenugreek / kasuri methi, crushed
