Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • STEP 3.Spread the tortilla chips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Top with the seasoned shrimp, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapenos.
  • STEP 4.Sprinkle shredded cheese over the nachos and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • STEP 5.While the nachos are baking, prepare the avocado sauce by blending avocado, lime juice, sour cream, garlic, salt, and pepper in a blender or food processor until smooth.
