Ingredients for Loaded Potato Soup Recipe

  • 0.33 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • As required Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Peas
  • 3 Nos Potatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 6 Slices Bacon chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Salt

Directions: Loaded Potato Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel off potatoes

step 2

  • STEP 2.Cut them into pieces and rinse.

step 3

  • STEP 1.In a cooking pot add bacon and fry it for 3 mins.

step 4

  • STEP 1. Once cooked transfer the bacon in a bowl.

step 5

  • STEP 1.In the same pot add onions and stir fry it using the balcon grease

  • STEP 1.Once translucent add butter,all purpose flour mix it and add in chicken stock

step 7

  • STEP 1.Add in milk,garlic powder,thyme,black pepper,salt and stir it.

  • STEP 1.Now add in chopped potatoes and cook it for 20 mins with the lid on.

  • STEP 1.After 20 mins add fried bacon,add sour cream and give it a mix.

step 10

  • STEP 1.Then add sweet peas,cheese combine it well.

step 11

  • STEP 1.Cook it at low flame for 2 mins and turn off the flame.
