  • 0.17 Tbsp Oilv oil
  • 1/4 Cups Cheddar cheese
  • 0.23 Cups Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 Pieces Eggs beaten
  • 0.33 Cups Shredded hash browns
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chopped tomatoes
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Loaded Denver Omlet Muffins. #bsk Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chopped the chicken pieces and marinate with ginger garlic paste, pepper, salt and vinegar. Keep aside for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 180 degrees . Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
  • STEP 2.In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, tablespoon of olive oil, use your fingers to press them tightly and shape them into muffin pan and add a tablespoon of cheese into each one.
  • STEP 3.Bake at 180 degrees or until the edges have browned and the cheese has melted, about 15 minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a small bowl, whisk eggs and milk, salt and pepper. Add marinated chicken pieces, chopped onions, capsicum, tomato, salt.
  • STEP 5.Fill each muffin cup with egg mixture and top with more cheese. Place in oven and bake for 15 minute.
