STEP 1.1 boil the potatoes in a pan until they become tender.

STEP 7.7 make a thick pattie out of it and refrigerate for ½ to 1 hour.

STEP 1.8 Heat oil in a pan and deep fry your patties until they turn golden brown from all the sides.
