Ingredients for Litti chokha Recipe

  • 3/4 Cups bowl wheat flour
  • 1/4 Tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp curd
  • 0.13 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 Tbsp ghee
  • 0.13 Tsp salt
  • 1/4 Cup sattu
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1/4 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tbsp grated ginger
  • 1/4 g reen chili chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp pickle masala
  • 3/4 Pieces boiled potatoes
  • 3/4 Pieces tomato
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/4 Tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 g reen chillies chopped
  • 1/4 Tbsp grated ginger
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp mustard oil
  • 1/4 Tsp lemon juice

Directions: Litti Chokha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take wheat flour in mixing bowl add all ingredients of dough nd add water little by little and knead a soft dough, cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Take sattu in a bowl add all ingredients of stuffings and mix it well....
  • STEP 3.For chokha, ......first remove the skin of potatoes then brush oil on tomato nd potatoes. Place a roast grill on direct flame, place the potatoes,tomato, on it. Roast on directly flame, flip at intervals nd roast till skin turns black. ..
  • STEP 4.For making litti, take small portion of the dough make a ball nd spread it. Stuff some prepared stuffings in the centre nd then lift the sides to the centre and seal it. Shape them into a ball nd keep aside....
  • STEP 5.Place the prepared litti on the roast grill nd roast them on low flame, flip at intervals nd roast till black spot on it....
