  • 1/5 cup Boiling Water
  • 1/10 cup Cold Water

  • STEP 1.In a large bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in boiling water.
  • STEP 2.Stir in cold water and refrigerate until partially set.
  • STEP 3.In another bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin in boiling water.
  • STEP 4.Stir in cold water and refrigerate until partially set.
  • STEP 5.Pour the partially set lime gelatin into a mold or individual serving dishes.
  • STEP 6.Gently pour the partially set orange gelatin over the lime gelatin.
  • STEP 7.Refrigerate until fully set, about 4 hours or overnight.
  • STEP 8.To serve, unmold the jello if using a mold, or simply spoon into serving dishes.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with fresh lime or orange slices, if desired.
  • STEP 10.Serve chilled and enjoy!
