This clear soup is basically a rich flavoured clear broth made using chicken, veggies, spices, herbs and other flavouring. It is great to serve if you have a cold or fever.

  • 100 g Chicken with bones
  • 0.33 Cup Onion
  • As Required Garlic
  • 0.67 Pieces Bayleaf
  • 0.33 Tbsp carrot finely chopped
  • 0.33 Tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Thyme
  • To Taste Salt
  • As Required water

Directions: Lime and basil flavoured Chicken clear soup#ChickenRecipes #FEM5K

  • STEP 1.In a pressure cooker add chicken, onion, 4 cloves Chopped garlic, bayleaf, black pepper, carrot, thyme, 2 glasses water, salt according to your taste and pressure cook for 1 shistle on high heat.
  • STEP 2.Simmer the heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
  • STEP 3.Remove the pressure cooker from heat. Let the pressure release. Strain the soup.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with lime pieces and basil. Serve hot.
