STEP 2.In the mixing bowl,add maida, Salt and ghee.mix well,add water gradually and knead tight and smooth dough. Cover and rest dough for 20 to 25 minutes.
STEP 3.For kachori stuffing:
STEP 4.Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds.onece they pop and add sesame seeds and let them splutter.
STEP 5.Then add pinch of baking soda,salt mix well.
STEP 6.Cover and cook for 7 to 8 minutes.or till the lilva gets cooked.
STEP 7.Then add garam masala,sugar, and coriander leaves and mix well. turn of the stove and add lemon juice to it
STEP 8.Making lilva Kachori:
STEP 9.Knead the dough one more time to make it smooth, divide into equal portions,make smooth balls and flatten between your palms to make the discs.
STEP 10.Roll one puri into 3 -4 inch into the centre,make pleats and gather them into the centre,pinch it and seal it tightly.
STEP 11.Once oil is hot fry a few at a time till they are crispy and golden brown from all the sides.Serve them hot or warm with chutney.
