Ingredients for lilva kachori Recipe

  • 75 g m fresh tuvar lila dana ( green pigeon peas)
  • 50 g fresh peas
  • 1/2 Cup maida
  • 0.13 Tsp ajwain
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 0.13 Tsp lemon juice
  • 0.13 Cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 Cup normal water
  • 1/2 Tbsp ginge
  • 1/2 Tbsp sugar
  • 0.13 Tsp garam masala
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 Tbsp jeera
  • 0.13 g tsp hin
  • 1/2 Tbsp seasame seeds
  • 0.13 Tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 Tbsp salt
  • 0.13 Tsp dry coconut powder
  • 1 Tbsp raisins
  • 1 Tbsp kaju
  • 1/2 Tbsp green chilli paste

Directions: Lilva Kachori Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a dough :
  • STEP 2.Take a bowl add maida, ajwain, salt, oil, lemon juice, wheat flour mixed it add water as required and make soft dough like puri.
  • STEP 3.Make filling:
  • STEP 4.Take a pan add oil, jeera, hing, sesame seeds and roughly tuvar dana add pinch of baking soda to maintain the colour and add salt and cover it .
  • STEP 5.Take a dough and roll it like puri.
  • STEP 6.Add filling and cover it.
  • STEP 7.Give the shape of kachori .
  • STEP 8.Deep fry till light golden brown on medium flame.
  • STEP 9.Served with chutney.
