Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • STEP 2.Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, dried basil, and dried oregano.
  • STEP 3.Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • STEP 4.While the salmon is baking, cook the orzo according to package instructions.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
