  • 1/2 kilogram Chicken
  • 1 No.s Onion
  • 2 No.s Tomato
  • 10 No.s Shallots
  • 5 tablespoon Coconut
  • 10 No.s Cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 1 No.s Cinnamon stick
  • 4 Cloves
  • 3 Bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon Curd
  • 4 tablespoon Oil

How to Make Leswa/gunde Ki Sabzi Recipe

STEP 01

.boil the gunde/leswa and then remove the seeds.

STEP 02

1.add oil in a pan and heat it.

STEP 03

2.now add cumin seeds,mustard seeds,fennel seeds and asafoetida powder and cook for a min.

STEP 04

3.add boiled gundas/leswa and mix it properly.

STEP 05

4.then add masala-turmeric powder,red chilli powder,amchur powder, and salt as per taste.

STEP 06

5.mix and cook it for 3-4 mins.

STEP 07

6.now turn off the flame.

STEP 08

7.garnish with coriander leaves.
