Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the lasagne noodles according to package instructions.
  • STEP 2.In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add lentils, vegetable broth, tomato sauce, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Stir in the spinach and cook for an additional 5 minutes until wilted.
