STEP 1.1. Wash the lemon grass in plain water. Pat dry.

STEP 2.Cut the pork ribs in adequate pieces in a bowl.

STEP 3.Take the ribs in a bowl and sprinkle salt, sugar and soy sauce. Now mix well. Set aside for 2 hours.

STEP 1.2. After 2 hours wrap each rib with lemongrass and keep aside.

STEP 4.To cook, use a pan and place these wrapped ribs on it.

STEP 5.Make sure it cooks good until turns brown. Serve on a plate with sesame sauce.
