How to Make Lemongrass Pork Recipe

STEP 01

1. Wash the lemon grass in plain water. Pat dry.

STEP 02

Cut the pork ribs in adequate pieces in a bowl.

STEP 03

Take the ribs in a bowl and sprinkle salt, sugar and soy sauce. Now mix well. Set aside for 2 hours.

2. After 2 hours wrap each rib with lemongrass and keep aside.

STEP 05

To cook, use a pan and place these wrapped ribs on it.

STEP 06

Make sure it cooks good until turns brown. Serve on a plate with sesame sauce.
